ISO Components, Inc. merges with ISO Group, Inc.

September 2008 -- A final step in completing the re-organization of the ISO Group Companies, ISO Components agreed to complete a merger with ISO Group. Michael Gibson, Vice President of ISO Group says “this is the final step in ensuring that our clients, regardless of industry, can have one point of contact and one source of supply regardless of the commodity type. No longer will the client have to buy from multiple sources when sourcing multiple commodities for the same project…”
